How do I place an order?
You can order on the website (add to cart, then checkout) or message us on WhatsApp with the product and your details. Either way, we confirm your order with you.
Do I need an account to order?
You can order on WhatsApp without using the website. Message us and we will guide you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. We will tell you if the change is still possible.
I am not sure which product to choose. Can you help?
Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp, any time of the day, and we will help you choose. Each product page also lists the material, size and care details.
How do I pay?
Payment is made in advance by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. Ask us on WhatsApp for the payment details of the method you choose.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payment is always made in advance.
When do you start processing my order?
After we receive and confirm your payment. Please send the payment proof to us on WhatsApp.
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we deliver across Pakistan.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is Rs 300 and urgent delivery is Rs 1,000.
How long will my parcel take?
It depends on your city and the courier. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what to expect for your area.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, we pack every order discreetly. Couriers and delivery staff are outside our control, so we cannot promise complete anonymity.
Are your products original?
Yes. Every product we sell is original.
Where do I find the material and size?
On each product page. Please read it before you order.
How do I clean and store a toy?
Clean it with mild soap and warm water before and after each use, dry it fully and store it in a clean, dry place. Use a lubricant that suits the material, and check the product page for care notes on that toy.
Can a toy be shared?
We advise against sharing. If a toy is used by more than one person, clean it thoroughly in between.
Do I need to be 18 to buy?
Yes. Our products are for adults aged 18 and over.
Can I return a product?
Used items cannot be returned, because these are personal products.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days with your order details and clear photos. Broken or defective items are replaced.
What if I report a problem after 7 days?
We can only accept reports made within 7 days of delivery, so please contact us as early as you can.
Where are you located?
We are based in Islamabad. Our I-10 location is not open to the public. We work online and on WhatsApp.
