Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to every visit to sextoyspkr.com and every order placed with SEX TOYS PKR, on the website or on WhatsApp. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Who can buy (18+)

Our products are for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to browse, order or receive a parcel from us. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are legally allowed to buy these products where you live.

We may refuse or cancel any order if we believe the buyer is under 18.

Products and information

• All products we sell are original.
• We try to keep product names, descriptions, sizes and photos accurate. Colours can look slightly different on different screens.
• Please read the product page before you order. It lists the material, size and care details.
• Product information is general. It is not medical advice.

Placing an order

You can order through the website or by messaging us on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after we confirm it with you and your advance payment is received.

We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if the details are incomplete, or if we cannot verify the order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund the amount you paid.

Prices

All prices are in Pakistani rupees (Rs). Prices and offers can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown when we confirm it. Delivery charges are added separately.

Payment

• Payment is made in advance. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• You can pay by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer.
• We start processing your order after we receive and confirm your payment.
• Please send us the payment proof on WhatsApp so we can match it to your order.

Delivery

• Standard delivery costs Rs 300. Urgent delivery costs Rs 1,000.
• Delivery time depends on your location and the courier. Message us on WhatsApp if you need to know the timing for your area.
• Please give a complete and correct address and a phone number we can reach. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details.
• Please check the parcel when you receive it and tell us about any damage as soon as possible.

Returns, defects and replacements

• Because these are personal products, used items cannot be returned.
• If an item arrives damaged, broken or defective, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we will replace it.
• To help us check the problem, please send clear photos on WhatsApp.

Safe use and care

You use the products at your own responsibility. Please follow the care and usage notes on the product page. In general, clean a product with mild soap and warm water before and after use, dry it fully and store it in a clean, dry place. Use a lubricant that suits the material. Stop using a product if you feel pain or discomfort, and speak to a doctor if you have a health concern.

Privacy and discreet packaging

We pack parcels discreetly, but we cannot promise complete anonymity, because couriers and delivery processes are outside our control. We use the details you give us only to process and deliver your order and to reply to you. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Using the website

The text, images, logo and design on this website belong to SEX TOYS PKR or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission. Do not misuse the website or try to interfere with how it works.

Limits of our responsibility

We do our best to keep the website and our service working well. To the extent allowed by law, SEX TOYS PKR is not responsible for loss or harm that comes from misuse of a product, from not following the care and usage notes, from wrong details given by the customer, or from events outside our control, such as courier delays. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have under the law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its “last updated” date, is the one that applies. Please check it before you order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
