Discreet packaging
We pack every order to keep it private. A parcel can still pass through couriers and delivery staff we do not control, so we cannot promise complete anonymity. If you have a special request about packing, tell us on WhatsApp before you pay.

- Use a phone number the courier can reach.
- Make sure someone can receive the parcel.
- Choose standard or urgent delivery.
When your parcel arrives

- Damaged or defective? Tell us on WhatsApp within 7 days and send clear photos. We replace broken items.
- Used items cannot be returned, because these are personal products.

Yes, we deliver across Pakistan. Message us on WhatsApp if you are not sure about your area.
Can I pay when the parcel arrives?
No. Payment is made in advance by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer. We do not offer cash on delivery.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on your city and the courier. Ask us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what to expect for your area.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Tell us within 7 days with clear photos. Broken or defective items are replaced.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We will tell you if the change can still be made.
